WEEKEND FAMILY CLAY

Learn how to throw on the pottery wheel as a team!  Bring your grandma, your cousin, or a friend.  Together, you'll learn how to wedge, center and throw a piece.  You will each work on your own wheel. We'll glaze your piece for you and you can pick it up in 2-3 weeks.  Be ready to experiment and be flexible- wheel throwing takes practice, so remember, your first piece might not be perfect!

Price includes firing fees, clay and everything you need to try out the wheel. Please note that ceramic pieces are at risk of breaking at every stage of the making process. We can’t guarantee that your piece will survive, but we will make sure that you don’t go home empty handed.
